This policy explains what information Michael Mazar Realty ("we," "us") collects through michaelmazar-realty.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Michael Mazar is a licensed Florida real estate agent (License #SL3583728) serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, the option you select for what you're looking to do, and any message you choose to write. If you tick the SMS consent box, we also record the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user agent — this is kept as proof of your consent.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device and browser type).
- Technical data. Your IP address and user agent are recorded when you submit the contact form.
Chat assistant
This site has an AI assistant that answers questions about South Florida real estate. Messages you type into it are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into the chat.
Calculators
The mortgage, home value, rent-vs-buy, and cap rate calculators run entirely in your browser. Those numbers are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
SMS text messages
We only text you if you asked us to. The SMS consent box on our contact form is never pre-ticked — you have to check it yourself. Ticking it is not a condition of buying, selling, renting, or receiving any service from us. If you'd rather not receive texts, you can reach us directly by phone or email using the details at the bottom of this page instead of using the form.
If you consent, we may send you appointment confirmations, showing reminders, listing updates, and follow-up messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the number or email below. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing michaelmazar.realtor@gmail.com.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging provider we use to deliver the messages on our behalf.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry by phone, text (with your consent), or email.
- To provide real estate services you've asked about.
- To keep a record of SMS consent, as required by law.
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Supabase — stores contact form submissions and consent records.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- PostHog — website analytics.
- OpenAI — powers the chat assistant.
- Our SMS provider — delivers text messages you've consented to receive.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as needed to complete a real estate transaction you've engaged us for (for example, to a broker, lender, or title company).
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida real estate recordkeeping and legal requirements. Consent records are retained after an opt-out, because they document that consent existed at the time.
Your choices
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
- Access or delete your data — email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
- Correct your data — tell us and we'll update it.
Security
Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a restricted-access database. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We are committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.
Changes to this policy
